Welcome. This is a year-long practice of presence, cooking my way through Dinner and Tonight by Nagi Maehashi. It is a study of sizzle, soul, and the ‘shimmering forever’ that happens when we simply pay attention. Guided by the shimmer, guarded by my Siberian Husky (Luna) and an English Cream Golden Retriever (Lukas), I am witness to a well-fed life. We begin at the center on April 1, 2026.
