Day 9 - Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad

How can you go wrong with all these delicious ingredients? I just finished making this and it’s in the fridge chilling. I halved the recipe as there are only two of us and this could potentially feed 8 people. Even with halving the recipe there is quite a lot of salad. We’ll be having it tonight with a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio for me and an icy cold beer for my hubbie Mike, plus there is enough leftover to have with the Bizarrely Good Chicken Wings tomorrow night.
