Day 15 - Butter Chicken

The name says it all! Who doesn’t love butter and chicken? This was so creamy and smooth and buttery. Definitely will be a repeat in this house. Also very filling, but you wouldn’t think so by looking at it. I think it’s the 1 cup of heavy cream that does it. I also made the Naan recipe and those turned out scrumdilicious, too! I need to go for a walk after this dinner. I may go on a day or two hiatus now. I need to look at the recipes coming up and then the grocery list. I am contemplating doing the Mexican chapter from ‘Dinner’ and the Charlie chapter from ‘Tonight’. Perhaps do a combination of those 2 chapters. And it will give me the time to fill in on the previous dinners that were just too yummy to want to blog about at that time.
