Strawberry Swirl Shortcake

Needed a few days off. This is a tough week for many reasons. I will be back in the cookbook tomorrow, 4/20. Yesterday I baked the Strawberry Swirl Shortcake - I can fully understand how Julia Child felt when she ate French food! I kept laughing because it is just sooooo yummy! And the Stabilizied Cream is amazing! I had one piece and have no doubt that I will have another…very soon.
